Az „Ambassador Talk” programsorozat 2021 tavaszán indult a Mathias Corvinus Collegium keretein belül, majd az őszi szemesztertől rendszeresen megrendezett nagyköveti fórummá nőtte ki magát. Az eseménysorozat célja, hogy aktív nagykövetek segítségével nyújtson betekintést a nemzetközi diplomácia világába, bemutatva saját országuk jellegzetességeit, Magyarországgal fenntartott kapcsolataikat, valamint személyes diplomáciai tapasztalataikat.

A program különlegessége, hogy minden alkalommal lehetőség nyílik a hallgatók és oktatók kérdéseire is, így a résztvevők közvetlen párbeszédet folytathatnak a meghívott diplomatával.

Az MCC szegedi képzési központjának következő eseményén Őexc. Kimura Tetsuya, Japán magyarországi nagykövete lesz a vendégünk. A beszélgetés során szó esik Japán és Magyarország kapcsolatáról, a japán kultúra és társadalom sajátosságairól, valamint a nagyköveti munka mindennapjairól és kihívásairól.

Az esemény célja, hogy az érdeklődők átfogó képet kapjanak a magyar–japán kapcsolatok aktuális helyzetéről, valamint közelebb kerüljenek a diplomácia világának működéséhez.

The “Ambassador Talk” series was launched in the spring of 2021 within the framework of the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, and by the autumn semester it had grown into a regularly आयोजित ambassadors’ forum. The aim of the series is to provide insight into the world of international diplomacy with the help of active ambassadors, presenting the characteristics of their respective countries, their relations with Hungary, and their personal diplomatic experiences.

A special feature of the program is that participants always have the opportunity to ask questions, allowing students and faculty to engage in direct dialogue with the invited diplomat.

At the next event of MCC’s Szeged Training Center, His Excellency Kimura Tetsuya, Ambassador of Japan to Hungary, will be our guest. The discussion will cover relations between Japan and Hungary, the characteristics of Japanese culture and society, as well as the everyday work and challenges of being an ambassador.

The aim of the event is to provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the current state of Hungarian–Japanese relations and to bring them closer to understanding how diplomacy works.
